This is especially true in democratic states, where leaders have to orchestrate \u201cpermanent campaigns\u201d in order to maintain the sympathy of the public in a reality full of of global and local challenges. The one-year M.A. Political Science &amp; Political Communication program explores these themes and more, offering students the opportunity to advance their knowledge and understanding of the practical dimensions of politics.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/international.tau.ac.il\/ma_political_science\/?id=term-intro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Political Science and Political Communication (M.A.)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Head of the Executives Program in&nbsp;Political Communication,&nbsp;Tel Aviv University<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Executives Program in&nbsp;Political Communication provides tools to analyze media, both in Israel and around the world.<br \/>\nThrough the program, students can understand the connection between mass culture and political culture, learn how to analyze the deep&nbsp;relationship between politics and media and how to recognize the&nbsp;impact of media on new wars and international terrorism. Other topics discussed in the program:&nbsp;marketing and political advertising, economics and media,&nbsp;globalization and sovereignty.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/go.tau.ac.il\/poli-comm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Program in&nbsp;Political Communication,&nbsp;Tel Aviv University (M.A.)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Head of the Walter Lebach Institute,&nbsp;Tel Aviv University<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Walter-Libach Institute for Jewish-Arab Coexistence was established in 2002 as part of the Social Science School, the School of Humanities, and the School of Education at Tel-Aviv University.<br \/>\nThe Institution&#8217;s goal is to create and promote critical discussion of issues related to the Jewish-Palestinian conflict and to coexistence in Israel.<br \/>\nThe Institution is involved in conventions, publications, and academic courses related to its core interests, including psychological factors and their impact on the peace process, third section activity in Israel, land policies in the Negev desert, legal issues, the occupation and its implication on Israeli society, and dilemmas of recognition in conflicts.<br \/>\nThe Institution grants annual scholarships for outstanding students and researchers who focus on relevant issues, in addition to collaborations with other institutions and research centers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/social-sciences.tau.ac.il\/walter-libach\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Walter-Libach Institute for Jewish-Arab Coexistence<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co-Editor in Chief&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>The Public Sphere: Tel Aviv Journal of Political Science (in Hebrew)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Public Sphere serves as a stage for original articles analyzing political processes in Israel and in the world from a new and multi &#8211; disciplinary perspectives, with an emphasis on the processes of democratization, empowering citizens and civil society.<\/p>\n<p>The range of topics dealt with in Public Sphere are, among others, Government and Politics, Law and Politics, Political Sociology, Geopolitics, Political Philosophy, Human Rights, Literature and Politics, Rhetoric, Media and Politics, State-Military Relations and Political Psychology.<\/p>\n<p>Soon, the English abstract articles, which are written on different issues of the journal, will be gathered and published on this page.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/socsci.tau.ac.il\/public-sphere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Public Sphere<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Head of International Graduate Program in Political Science and Political Communication,&nbsp;Tel Aviv University In the complex world of contemporary politics it is necessary to understand not just theories of politics and communication, but also the fusion of those theories and their practical applications.
