The central focus of Petr\u2019s work is how narratives are created, shaped and changed by various actors in order to prepare groups to mobilize towards collective organized violence. In his dissertation, he is creating a typology of conflicts, based on those root parameters and escalation processes, showing which conflicts are similar and which are different.
