His research focuses on developing the concept and practical models of technological power. Previously, he served as a Senior Analyst in various positions, engaging in qualitative, quantitative, and in-depth research. Zilber graduated from Tel Aviv University with a B.A. in Political Science (Summa Cum Laude) and History (Summa Cum Laude), finishing first in his class. His academic excellence has been recognized through multiple awards, including the IGS\u00b3 Scholarship, four Dean\u2019s Excellence Awards (2019-2022), the Van Leer Prize for Outstanding Research in Humanities, and the Israeli Historical Society Prize for Outstanding Research. His expertise spans national security, international relations, innovation, history, economics, cyber, and technology ecosystems.
