I am the academic head of the International MA Program in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at Tel Aviv University and the co-director of the Peace Index.

I completed my PhD at the Swiss Center for Conflict Research, Management and Resolution, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Previously a Visiting Israel Professor at the University of Kansas, I later received the Lady Davis post-doctoral fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.  

My studies deal with psychological and social aspects of political conflicts and their resolution, while focusing on the following areas of research and their integration: gender, emotions, leadership, peace processes, and interventions for attitude change towards peace.
